We returned to the B&B to find the owners hosting a dinner party upstairs. The owners, Carmen and Fernando were very gracious hosts and invited us to join them and their friends. We happily joined in. Carmen and Fernando spoke a little English, while their friends spoke some English (all at different levels). They did their best to communicate with us and they were quite fascinated with Paul's study of Brazilian Portuguese. Here is a video of Paul interacting with Carmen and Fernando's friends in Portuguese. This video is mostly in Portuguese, and we have done the best we can to subtitle in English.
